The service provides counselling and skills development for heterosexual and same-sex couples, as well as for other adult relationships (eg. family members, friends, etc) including:

  • Counselling for individuals and couples who are experiencing problems in their relationship;
  • Interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and assertiveness skill development;
  • Pre-marital & cohabitation education programs;
  • Help for individuals & couples from Step & Blended Families
  • Marriage & relationship enrichment program;
  • Relationship programs for older couples experiencing change-of-life issues; and
  • Post Separation & Divorce support.

Please note:  I will not see couples together where either party is exhibiting abusive or violent behaviours.
